Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside experienced Software Engineers, you'll:

- Collaborate with the development team to design, code, test and debug software applications
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Collaborate with talented engineers in an Agile environment
- Contribute ideas and build proof-of-concepts for innovative new products
- Gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle from design through to deployment
- Continuously enhance your technical skills by learning new programming languages, tools and methodologies. Attend training sessions and workshops as required

Requirements
- Educated to A Level standard (A Level or BTEC in Computer Science or related field)
- Basic understanding of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C# or Javascript
- Curious about how things work and eager to solve problems
- Familiarity with development tools sich as Git, IDE’s (eg. Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ), package managers, YAML CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Appreciation of current AI technologies and practical experience using AI-assisted tools to support software development, problem solving, or learning
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with others
